Overton to fund research that enhances our understanding of the policy landscape
We are excited to announce that Overton’s Policy Impact Grant is back for its second year, with a larger funding pool!
Building on the success of our inaugural grant, we continue our commitment to supporting researchers and practitioners who study the use of evidence in policy. This year awards will be made from a total pool of £13,000, up from £10,000. Once again, we’re looking for innovative projects that aim to enhance the links between research and policy-making.
Why fund policy research?
At Overton, we believe that evidence-based policymaking can drive positive change. Our mission is to improve decision-making by streamlining the dissemination of academic knowledge into policy. We want to empower researchers to explore how evidence influences the world around us.
We are again running the Overton micro-grant to support and recognise researchers working to expand our understanding of the policy landscape, and are developing best practices for the responsible use of evidence in policy.
