Overton may share usage information within our team and with authorised third parties bound by confidentiality agreements for the purposes of improving the product and user experience, providing customer support and for own own sales and marketing purposes –  this will not include any sensitive or personal information such as passwords.
  5. No Personal Data will be shared between the Parties which has not been identified to the data subjects within these terms and conditions or by Privacy Notices or similar.
  6. We will not share personal or usage data with third parties for any other purposes and we will not sell your data.

 

Limitation of Liability
